OneOneSeven is a DC-based alterna-rock band. Drawing from the individual member's unique musical backgrounds and influences, OneOneSeven's sound is without boundries - exploring the full range of human emotion. We are not the saviors of our generation. We're not here to make a profound political statement, save rock and roll, or deliver the masses from the clutches of pop music. We are not misunderstood, misdirected, or before our time. We haven't been given the opportunity to sell out; don't have crippling heroin addictions; nor do we wear tight leather pants that shimmer in the glow of strobe lights that cut through the haze of a fog machine. We are not pimps. We are not hard-core. We're not standing on the outside looking in. We are not featured on a poster that hangs lovingly next to a pin-up of Freddy Prince, Jr. above your little sister's bedframe. We are not featured on the next big summer blockbuster's soundtrack, and we are not coming in live via anything. And we certainly are not the "all singing, all dancing, crap of the world"...we are none of these things...yet!
