I'm nothing more than a songwriter trying to present my creations as best I can. I realized I was a composer when I noticed tunes in my head that I'd never heard elsewhere. Lyrics come almost that easy now but my performance skills are lacking. Arranging my own music is time consuming so I often write lyrics to available arrangements when commercial value is not an issue. Although I could benefit from the performing talents of others, I'm a one man band.

Story behind the song
I wrote this song for co-workers at the grocery store (Food City #694) where I work. The word "more" can be heard in our manager's name, street, and even a brand of potato chips we sell. Also, we have assets that not all store's in our chain have (such as a pharmacy and a train). So "Our Store Has Got More" was a logical theme to follow.

Our store has got more. Our store has got more. Daily we make salads and cakes and goodies galore. Orders are filled for flowers or pills. Shoppers can roam through fun dollar zones that they can explore. Some stores that we've seen are merely routine because they don't have the features and staff that shoppers adore. No other store gives such a thrill like our fine store here at Deane Hill. Our store has got more. At 694, our store has got more. Our store has got more. Just look out the door. We're next to a mall where folks can find all that's not in our store. Still it's inside where we show our pride. Like few in our chain there's even a train for all to adore. Our leader makes sure our virtues endure. We're pleasant yet lean, efficient and clean. It's all 'cause of her. No other store gives such a thrill like our fine store here at Deane Hill.
