Story behind the song
The reason this song was uploaded to Sound Click was so I could offer a olive branch to Brett Service. Brett is a folk singer from Tupperville, Ontario. He took great offence to a song I wrote. He emailed me to express his "views". His "views" however, led to a continued exchange of emails that were neither complimentary to the song nor to myself as a person. I did my best to calm the situation, hoping, somehow that in the end we would become friends, but Brett wanted no part of my friendship. So, this is just my way of saying "no hard feelings". Maybe we'll meet on the road someday and things will be different. Peace 'n Love Brett, wherever you are.
