Story behind the song
In a world where there are lots of young people there lived an old lady.She sat on the porch everyday eating cereal and looked at the sky.She wondered,"Ah,how high you are".One day after she finished eating,she saw a balloon floating in the air.It was then that she realised how high the sky was.This gave her am immense sense of happiness which she expresses in the song.The months express the prolonged happiness over all the months in the year.Since no one knows how high the sky is,her happiness is false and this is expressed by the "NOT".
