Story behind the song
Once, in college, this really cute girl was in front of me at the coffee shop. She was cute, but very metal chick. Black platform boots, black hair, makeup, shirt with safety pins... whole 9 yards. She also had this kinda "Nightmare Before Christmas" bunny backpack. The little old lady at the counter said something like, "What happened to your poor bunny?" I figured the girl would have some snarky reply but she was so sweet and nice... it just made me think she was even more attractive. Never have talked to her. Don't know her name. But I wrote this for/about her.
