Jerry Ross and Madam Weez met on the Social Networking Site Tagged.com and began chatting on Yahoo Instant Messenger about Music in 2007-2008. During one of those chats they wrote this song together that Jerry had been working on. Jerry and Weez met face to face in December 2009 while Weez was on her first Snow Bird Adventure Tour to the south.
