Story behind the song
When I originally started to describe the sound I wanted to BurstKnuckle, I gave him the opening to Star Ocean Second Story...where the theme swells like open space with spacecrafts shifting about. However, I wanted this theme to sound a bit larger than most space scene-related themes you hear typically, so more instruments were instructed to overlay the swelling strings and general tune. What we were left with in the end is a semi-fast paced flight into the stars and beyond, a very bittersweet, dark yet beautiful, tune, that captures in essence the entire universe that is SpherEternity.
