Story behind the song
I was asked to lead worship for Christ Community Church in Pantego (http://www.cccfamily.org/) one Sunday. When they told me the theme was the prophet Jonah, I was inspired to write a new piece from his perspective, as my own life has often been a struggle to escape God's will, only to be brought back to His grace in the end.
