Story behind the song
In order to "perceive the world more clearly", as the song directs us.. our bodies must be healthy.. "free from inhibition due to lack of spinal flow". Five thousand years of Chinese medicine is very clear about one thing. The spine is the bodies Governing Vessel. All of our bodily functions derive their neurological signals from specific regions on the spine. Therefore we must stretch, exercise, eat the right foods, get chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture and practice Tai-Chi if we ever want to instigate greater change in our families and communities!
