I have been described as a mix between Prince, The Beatles, and Lenny Kravits. But if you ask me, I'm not really like anything, sometimes I'm silly, sometimes I rock hard, sometimes I write love songs. I used to think I had it all figured out, I know now I was wrong. But I will say that my music excites me more than anything else in my life, so just maybe it will excite you as well.

Story behind the song
My manager is pulling me toward being a pop/R&B artist. He believes that I will not achieve top 40 success if I remain a hard rock act. I wasn't sure I believed him until I got the opinions of the people around me, apparently this kind of sound is much more widely appreciated. I'm making it my mission to remain me, remain artistic, and sound like no one else, while still throwing in key elements of modern day pop, which to me is formulated pop song structure, a hip hop/like beat, and lyrics about relationships.
