Slow, thoughtful and perhaps, moody guitar intrumental ballad ala Santana. This is a beautiful piece. Just go with it.

Fremont John plays Taylor acoustic guitars. Check out his CDs Timeline, Acoustic Thunder and Lightning Strikes the Bull. For fans of ,
A strong, versatile voice (think Jonny Lang or, Rob Thomas) and very clean, melodic guitar style (think acoustic Santana meets Craig Chaquico ) are Fremont's magic . Whether an original work or a cover song, John makes it his own. His style and killer sound make him a standout in a crowded field.

Story behind the song
I wrote this tune while keeping in mind many of the great Santana guitar ballads. He does one on each album. I decided to give it a go. I had just completed recording my demo of the song when I got the call that my bassist, Rob Leon (The Dolphins, Dave Brubeck, The Band) had just passed away in the night. It seemed completely fitting to dedicate the tune to this wonderful, masterful, world-class musician.
