Story behind the song
This is the extended remixed chains we intended as a bonus track. The idea of the song came about from realizing that in order to move forward you have to let go (break away) pieces of your life. This version has slightly different lyrics than the original. The music is almost completely different. Our guitarist really wanted the beginning to have a message. We both liked the idea of using monks singing in the background. He actually listened to probably 200 different tracks before he found some monks he liked (and could mix-in). I personally like both versions of chains - for different reasons.
