Story behind the song
Confusions of the human mind
Lyrics
Enigma Verse 1: Violence, before I found this island I could have been wherever Who cares if we’re together Breathing, Confusion says I’m dreaming The human mind mystery And this is just my story Pre Chorus: Been through it all, we’ve been here before Deciphering combinations of the rule Chorus: Breaking the unbreakable My mind begins to melt at the sight Soothing the uncomfortable Your hold has always got me too tight Verse 2: So low Until I found the right code Learning the rules of control To make our way from the cold Screaming Inside a rage is building Some things will not crack We’re stuck on the same track Pre Chorus: Been through it all, we’ve been here before Deciphering combinations of the rule Chorus: Breaking the unbreakable My mind begins to melt at the sight Soothing the uncomfortable Your hold has always got me too tight Breakdown: Like losing the air I breathe The negatives of being unique Approach with the mildest touch Still knowing that it is too much
