Story behind the song
This song was originally written in a day, and code named Columbus Day for the day it was constructed on. The lyrics were sketched out by Cyrus Rhodes of 7AT and then completely fleshed out by Kris Tibbs. The melody was hashed together by Kris and Joel one afternoon after work. The music has multiple time signatures 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 5/4, 7/4, and cross times like 4 over 6. Cudos to Robert for pulling it all together with his great drumming.
