This is a channeled song in the sense that the words came right to me, I wrote them, rearranged two lines and presto. Men especially, will say I haven’t cried in 20 years or something like that. I wanted to capture that many forms of emotion such as anger or silence mask sadness and fear and are a way of crying. What you hear is the first time I ever played the song like that.
