IBUs uniquely rich harmonies and outstanding dance skills quickly earned them the distinction as America's most sought after Asian-American performing group. Now on its 7th year, IBU continues to make headlines, thrusting itself more and more to the forefront of the mainstream music scene. WGN/WB Channel 9 Chicago called them Chicagos hottest boy group, and 102.3FM introduced them as Asians with Soul. In November 2004, IBU competed with 300 artists from around the world at the New York International Music Festival in Manhattan and was voted as the best R&B Group, becoming the first ever and the only Asian-American group to ever win at the festival. In 2005, the festival named them R&B Group of the year. IBU took a hiatus from performing in early March 2008 to work on their sophomore album. The album is titled "Inspired By U." On this album, IBU wants to showcase their true R&B character as an artist, in the true tradition of their soulful and harmony drenched compositions. The songs will present a more mature IBU, vocally and artistically.

Lyrics
(Verse 1) There will be times, when ya, Looking around and ya, Losing all gravity, Falling down, get’s hard to breathe, Working them late nights, Fighting my last fight, Pushing and pulling, Going around in circles. (Pre-hook) (Take me away) To another place where, (Far, far away) We living in a nightmare, (There’s no other way) Stuck in a dead end, caught in a one-way, I’m (we’re) lost and I’m (we’re) trying to come back home but, (Hook) We always go round and round and back again, We always go round and round and back again, It sounds like a broken record, broken record, broken record. We always take one step forward and two steps back, It should love. It feels like a heart attack, It sounds like a broken record, broken record, broken record. (Verse 2) I hear you talking and I, Feel what you feeling and I, Bite on my tongue and I, Tell myself don’t start a fight. But you start crying now, It’s about to end right now, Then you start walking, And then you always turn around. (Pre-hook) (Hook) (Bridge) For all of you who knows what it’s like, You got to be strong and face the fight, Stop it now you’re wasting time, whoa. Soon there will come a time, We can’t keep changing our minds, We living in rewind. (Hook) repeat
