Story behind the song
it was the first time i was really recording using my laptop and it just flowed out of me. it was three chords all the way through so it's not the most catchy but it was ultimately about rape...being raped whether it be literal or emotional or mentally. i recorded it in one take and the lyrics just came out and i didn't realize it til i was done. so i had no idea what i was really writing about til i listened back and that was pretty cool. i felt i had accomplished some type of musical high...when i think more about it, i feel like the song represents something that is never healed when something sacred is stolen from you...and how you search for resolution but you never get it...

This sounds a little like Deftones style, but you have a clearer fuller voice that rings more. I like it.
