we are rushnfriends. my name is terry rush. i sing, play guitar and write. my wife mary also sings and writes. on harp we have amboo ploy; on bass is david s. ellis; the man behind the sound and a helluva guitar player in his own right is jim calhoun; and we have recently added the vocal talents of teresa beal leonard (we call her Fancy)to the group. we play mostly as an acoustic band and in the studio we are a full band. we can't seem to get mr. calhoun away from the board long enough to play out with us. we write our own tunes and feature them when we play. we know it's hard for folks to listen to an all original blues band but we figure we've payed our dues playing other folks stuff so now it's for us. give us a listen and come see us if your ever in wichita and the surrounding area.
