The Year was 2000. Two cats from different backgrounds [DVSJ from Chicago, Fathom 9 from Memphis]got fed up of being the only emcees in the poetry set...and started hanging and building on some next shit. A 3rd emcee, G-Sicks from the Lower East Side in NY, came into the mix and the seeds of the Genesis was born. Enter DJ/Engineer J Mecca from Conneticut...and the Geneis Experiment was complete.
