This is the only multi-track song that I composed in 1994 and recorded to DAT in 1995. It was composed using a "visual" technique.
I brought Endeavour to life in 1995 when I recorded 9 of my compositions to DAT. I finally made a CD master in 2002 complete with liner notes and artwork. For various reasons, Endeavour was dormant until 2007. Then, took another relatively brief haitus until the summer of 2009. Since then, I've been doing some serious work on new songs. I hope to have 8-10 new songs ready for the public sometime in the next 200 years. ;^)

Story behind the song
Although I played some chords here and there at the time that I was composing this song, every note you hear was manually entered into sequencer software. That is what I call my "visual" technique. Back then, I was using Voyetra. It had a piano roll style editor. So, I visualized the chords and melodies and manually entered them into the editor. All of the synth sounds and drums are that of the Ensoniq VFX.
