I write my own songs ;) I have a very diverse taste in music, from Pop to Classical, including Rock, Folk, Jazz, Country, World Music (Celtic, Romanian), Old Timey Stringband/Bluegrass, and Latin. All these styles are in my Christian Contemporary catagory. I usually write the music first, and then put words to the music. Though I don't sing good enough yet, I though I would put my instrumentals out along with my music. Generally, I think my music/lyrics are getting better, being more skilled now than when I started.

Story behind the song
The song started with the music just a few weeks ago. Then I noticed that part of the chorus had some lines that sounded like the lines in the chorus of "O Happy Day". My father-in-law was singing O Happy Day in Romanian on the morning of my wedding day. I didn't know the song at the time. It sounded to me like "How Dry I Am". Starting with the title, "If I Share", I then changed it to: "Can I Share", and "May I Share". Then I thought asking that question with every chorus would get old. So, I went through a series of titles until I got the current one.
