Sitting alone, watching my fan blades bind. How bored can one be? The clock ticks on, all that I have is time, time that I'm wasting. Our show starts in an hour, our dreams will come true. It seems we wait forever, but before I know... You'll come over, we'll watch some TV and start a new life when you're here with me. We'll say goodbye, how time flies when you're here with me. Trudging along, deadly hours between, your face I live to see. The clock on the wall at a standstill it seems, and I'm pacing. Sad news strikes deep: Our show is canceled. My couch so empty, but that's a gap we'll fill, 'cause I rented movies!
