Story behind the song
a song for our theology immersion project. It's bridging the gap between our fellow brothers and sisters in other places across the country and the world.
Lyrics
We came into their slow-paced lives, Thinking of no one but ourselves. Forgetting our real purpose, To discover, learn and help.  Stanza 2: [refrain] E C#m A/A9 B We were given more than what we can ever give, Their best, their all, for the weekend we owned. Not just the basics, also memories we’d want to relive. C#m F#m Bm E A family and a home away from home.   Chorus: What would happen when the farthest worlds collide? Experiences and stories intertwine. What would happen when communities unite?
