Without pause, our first action was to scream with the storm, to be part of it. But with age we grow silent. As our fears begin to solidify, we dissolve into camouflage. Skulking into the cracks we take root, slip off the sonar and watch the world tumble. Still, when we dream we are not immune to the primal scream of infancy. We live for the moments when we emerge from the shadows and reveal our co-ordinates to the world, sharpening the definition of our human tapestry. All the bubbling, the fermenting of ideas and emotions, it's there to explode, to catapult us into the fray. To exist, we need only announce it. However childish, however brutish, however brash. Voice is all we have and all we are. There is no life in silence.
