The Only Thing Missing is Music
I am a Singer / Song Writer, living in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Story behind the song
This, I suppose, is a location song. I was thinking about Mussenden Temple on our Atlantic coast and this came out.
There was a train used to stop, which no longer does, there used to be a hotel, which is gone, there used to be fish, they are also gone - but the Temple remains.

Lyrics
[song]
{t: The Only Thing Missing is Music.}
Your [Em]hand is as [Am}cold
As the [Em]evening is [Am]warm.
Your [Em]eyes burn so [Am]dark
That they [F]light up the [G]gloom.
{soc}
My [Dm7]hand's on your [G]waist
And my [C]cheek's on your [Am}cheek.
My [Dm7]lips are still [G]warm from your [C]kiss.
My [Dm7]heart is in [G]love
And my [C]love's in my [Am]arms.
And the [Dm7]only thing [G]missing is [C]music.
{eoc}
The rollers break over
This long ocean strand
Your Temple broods high
On the cliffs where we stand.
The world's empty of everything
Save you and I
While the mighty Lord, Atlantic,
Seduces the sky.
But the sound of a boat
Touching the sand
Means I must now take
My hand from your hand.
And that hand is still cold.
You were never for me.
Another man's woman
Is all you could be.
My hand on your waist
My cheek on your cheek.
My lips still warm from your kiss.
My heart in love
But no love in my arms.
The only thing missing is you.
