Diverse, high energy, blues driven, hard rock
ManAlive is a diverse, high energy, blues driven, hard rock band, from the Seattle/Tacoma WA area. We mesh together alot of complementary guitar and vocal parts to create an original sound all our own. Our debut release entitled "Constant State Of Sickness" (2005) has 11 quality songs, and we have just released our new self-titled ep "ManAlive" (2009). All I can say is "Put You Seatbelt On!" After six years of honing our skills and adding new bassist, Cam Brown, we're finally ready to take this thing to the next level! Line up as follows, Terry Houser - Lead Vocals Brian Martinez - Guitar/Vocals Alex Inderbitzin - Drums Cam Brown - Bass

Lyrics
One too many afflictions and I'm down on the bottom again I have come to know that it ain't all what you make of it Ya, I savor the good times but it ain't easy when they're few or far between Don't get me wrong it's not the point of this song to prove I'm a pessimist It just boils down like this... Now there's no more revelations about how I should give it all up But I can not overcome all of these feelings of hate inside me Sure I'm under some pressure but I know that it will, it will never, ever, ever stop Don't get me wrong it's not the point of this song to prove I'm a pessimist It just comes down to this... (See them come for me, so real) I'm on the outside and I wanna come in (And all I have to do is fight) 'Cause I want the truth, and I cannot find it These afflictions, they come from this A side effect of the pursuit It's the truth that I cannot find It's the truth that I cannot find And there's one more affliction, and I'm back on the bottle again I have come and gone has anyone even seen it You know I savor the good times whether they were few or few or far between I wrote this song, then I slid down a rung and I'm barely catching on to it It just goes down like this... (See them come for me, so real) I'm on the outside and I wanna come in (All I have to do is fight) 'Cause I want the truth, and I cannot find it (All I know is my own way I see things, that's ok) I'm on the outside and I wanna come in (All I have to do is fight) 'Cause I want the truth, and I cannot find it These afflictions they come from this A side effect of the pursuit It's the truth that I cannot find There's only one way to test the water and that's to dip your foot on in Now just take it a step on further Go ahead and jump on in Now there's only one way to test the water and that's to dip your foot on in Now just take it a step on further child Go ahead, go ahead and jump on in One, too, many, Afflictions
