I write songs sometimes and if I like them I record them and if I really like them I record them again in a way that is *slightly* less sloppy.

Lyrics
i've got one basket and a sh** load of eggs and once it drops i will be dead i live my life just a day at a time but day by day comes the end of the line but i forgot to live my dreams i just fell apart at the seams these vain people live within their heads if they emote they'll drop their eggs i don't believe in destiny then why do i wait for you and me? each time i see you i get scared that'll you'll only send me into care it seems that all we do is coast through life just like a ghost when we should work towards just what we're waiting for but i forgot to live my dreams i just fell apart at the seams

Thomas, bright idea for the lyrics, well sung. So here´s the story of living your life versus just letting it happen. Combined with wonderful images around a basket of eggs. Again, great idea, well written. Your singing is clear, you understand every word, your voice gives life to the lyrics! Your guitar strumming is solid and in time, and I can´t really decide in this particular case if I would rather hear an arrangement with, say, a string quartet in addition to the guitar, or maybe an acoustic upright bass, or a second guitar that plays some licks, or if I like it as is even more. One thing is certain: The accompaniment gets redundant after a while, good, because the message, that is, the singing, stays in front. Not so good, because it might get boring after a minute or so. The song is rather short, so maybe that´s no problem at all, which would mean: Leave it as it is. But a fine almost classical arrangement would propably take it to yet another level! Still: Great
