Story behind the song
this song was written after an incident with my mom about a party i was supposed to go to. i wanted to call the song "My Super Sucky Sixteen", only with a different word in for 'sucky' that isn't exactly appropriate [; and 'sucky' didn't sound good, so i changed it to something that i could say out loud [:
basically, this song is for anybody who feels smothered by someone and knows that they don't deserve it. you'll get out one day, and whoever's holding you back will regret it, i promise you. hold on, guys. you'll make it.
