As an artist I bring a passion filled blend of pop, rock and urban music with strong lyrical content. Think Beyonce meets Justin Timberlake with a splash of Mariah Carey. I sing, dance and have an overall marketability that can be compared with some of today's largest pop stars.

Story behind the song

Coming from a very modest and diverse background Jamie finds refuge in expressing herself through her music.  That self expression shows through brightly on her single “Whatever” which talks about her multi-racial background and being accepted.  The attention and popularity of “Whatever”, which she has performed live on BET’s 106&Park, has served as the foundation for Jamie’s “I’m A MUTT” movement.
