The CD's I am giving you are a compilation of 24 of the songs I have been graciously given by the LORD over the past 35 years. He has given me enough songs to make at least one more CD of the same size, but it takes time putting these together. The "Then And Now" album has songs from four different decades. I am very thankful for the computer program "Garage Band," without which these CDs would not have been made.

Story behind the song
The life of the Christian involves looking upward to find wisdom that is beyond the wisdom we find here on Earth. Some of the things I was observing in nature brought to mind some of the spiritual truths that I was experiencing at the time. Some of the words of this song might be found to be offensive by certain "preacer." But, remember, Caiaphas was a preacher, and he called for the crucifixion of Christ. It is my desire that the gospel of Christ would be clearly and truthfully proclaimed through my life, music and words. The song title portends the devastation that can occur when the word of God is mishandled. The alternate title exhorts those who are doing so to amend their ways and proclaim the word of God rightly. This song was also written in Fall 2006.
