SorExistence is a combination of Acoustic Rock, Emo, and Pop Rock. It all depends on the song. This Band reaches out to all the lonely and heart broken people
SorExistence is a One-Man-Band! The musician is Michael Moellers, currently a Kirkwood Community College student working towards a film degree and during his free time he spends it on his computer creating music, writing poetry, filming music videos, and much much more. He uses the computer generated drums to to give the music it's heart beat, while his electric guitar gives life to the tone and his unique vocals completes the deep emotional feelings that can't help but pick the lock to a person's heart. The words of each song are the most important to Michael. Most songs may seem like they mean what they say, but it's actually the underlining meaning that you have to find in order to truly understand the meaning to the songs. Every song he's ever made relates to him in some way shape or form. Like the song "My New World" from the new album "The Life Cycle of a Lonely Citizen" is about him when he was 10 and moved to a new state where he was forced to leave behind all his friends and start a new life. The main genre is rock but at times it's hard to tell the specific sub genre.

Story behind the song
This is the thirteenth and hopefully the final stage of the Life Cycle of a Lonely Citizen but like all cycles it will eventually repeat itself and that is why this stage is known as the Start Over Stage. During this stage the lonely citizen realizes they are a lonely citizen and that they must start over at the beginning but this time they know what to expect and make some changes here or there along their lonely road. This time they know where the finish line is but they can chose a different path. But no matter which way they chose they will always have to start from the same place, stage 1 becoming lonely. In a way stage 13 is stage 1 because they become lonely in both, the only difference is they become lonely again in stage 13. There are two ways to end the cycle, one is the most obvious and easiest to do, which is death. If the lonely citizen dies then the cycle cannot continue. And two is no longer be lonely and the only way to do that is to want to be lonely. Loneliness only occurs when you are alone but don't want to be, but if you're alone and you want to be alone then your not lonely... your happy. The attempts to become popular or looking for someone to send the rest of your life with are signs of loneliness for it's a struggle to defeat this loneliness. That is why there is a lonely citizen within all of us, but sometimes we don't know it until certain events happen where we realizes just how alone we really are.
Lyrics
Now that I've reached the end, I've become lonely once again. Why must this happen to me, Why must I be lonely? It's like running in the dark, You'll never know where you are, The answers right under my nose, But I can't see it 'cause it's too close. Maybe I'm hiding from the truth, Could it be I don't need you, Could it really be so, Am I meant to be alone? I've been fighting this loneliness, And still never found happiness, I've seen mere illusions of it, But none of them quite fit. Now that I've reached the end, I've become lonely once again. Why must this happen to me, Why must I be lonely? So now I'll start back at stage one, Again my loneliness has won, The life cycle of a lonely Citizen has only one end. I'm no longer afraid to die, But too early to end my life, So I will repeat the stages, throughout all of my ages. But now with knowledge from my past, Should make this cycle go by fast, And maybe this time I will find, A path to a much better life. If no I'll reach the end, And become lonely once again, Why must this happen to me? 'cause I'm meant to be lonely.
