Winter Soldier was Accused of being the Killer, due to his History with CAP.
THAT and the fact that he was there in the crowd and tried to flee the scene.

i figured COLD SOLDIER was a great name for me to take on since the WINTER SOLDIER and i are both looked at as FUCK UPS, having to Prove ourselves over and over again.
