It hit me hard as a Professional in the Airline Industry - HDQ Planning Dept. Reps from all Depts were called in to the Board Room and sat stunned as the Ops Center confirmed it was our 767 that hit the World Trade followed shortly by a 757 into the Pentagon. Then we stared in horror as the towers collapsed. Most of the Senior Officers were from or had started their careers in NY. Some Fortune 500 Corp CEOs and CFOs do cry about things other than poor financial performance. This composition was my emotional release.
