Additional License Conditions:

You are allowed to modify the Beatz under the condition that your production containing my material has to be certified by me before it is released (that might sound weird, but I do not want my credits to be given in relation to crap music). 2.) If you want to use the songs commercially get into Contact with me and I'm sure we can make a deal. 3.) Full credits have to be given at all times for any use! Further recommendations appreciated ;-) 4.) If you need WAVE or APE files for your production get in touch, I'll send it to you via Skype, AIM, MSN or whatever you are using. (I posted some high quality download links for all Beatz in the "Full Song Info-Section"!) 5.) For all the MCs out there using my Beatz for their Rhymes and having problems to mix in Vocals because my Beatz are mastered and quite loud already - I posted download links with unmastered Versions (also in the "Full Song Info")! 6.) People keep asking for exclusive licenses - If anybody is interested in an exclusive liscense, send me a refference file, tell me about the amount of money you want to involve and I will see what I can do (can't give you an exclusive for the Beatz that are allready licensed under the CC license because people downloaded and used them allready)!

As I started programming the piece it was meant to be a Beat for my Beatz Factory Project, other then the "Without You" Beat, which was originally made as a whole Production, including Vocals in the context of a Songwriting Assessment at University. The "Square Dance" Beat was started off with the Orchestral, kind of Classical String Arrangement by using the quite simple Edirol Orchestra Plug In. As this part was mainly done, I started programming the drums and creating some FX Sounds to insert a kind of noisy feel to the production. The Flute Sound, which is pretty low in the mix by now is one of my first own Absynth patches, that I started from scratch. The piece I structured in a simple Intro-Verse-Chorus-Verse-Chorus structure and is still pretty short. Another problem occurred and my friend Anselm known as Oberton mentioned as well: there wasn't enough Bass. I actually had quite a strong idea what kind of Bass I was looking for. as you asked... "I really liked how the MC approached with Without you. Will be looking forward for future collaborations man:) As for the Square Dance track, I just had a little thought that the beats are a bit too harsh and each drum parts/instruments are too independent of each other, it doesnt have the "sound of the kit" as a whole. If you know what I mean. (although some may say that, thats your sound/style, and)Tho, I know that its your first version upload. Well, just a thought man. While enjoying a beer :)" Just had a listen to the version youve sent me. Hahah, ya the eminem bass! It took a while to locate the bass in the mix. It combines so well with the double bass, I thought they were both the same ones lol (and also with the kick) That could possibly be a problem tho, you might want the bass a little bit more? The balance of the mix is getting very good tho:) Just had another thought, hahah, the strings, especially when it plays the intro melody, sounds a bit too me
