Lyrics
She was a young girl who got on a bus. But was forced to take the rear, her daddy¡¦s little dear. And at the diner they refused to serve. She was forced to leave with an unmet need. A rose by any other name is just as sweet. A rose by any other term is as pure. I dream of a day when one is judged By the content of his character. He was a young man with excellent marks. But was denied his choice, his mama¡¦s pride and joy. And at his work they refused his rise. He was left behind with no peace of mind.
