The Bad Hawaiian Shirts is a solo project but I am open to bringing in other musicians to collaborate from time to time. I record for the fun of it, in the basement"Almost all the early recordings were instrumentals but I am now experimenting with vocals.

Story behind the song
This is recorded in the basement again. I dont really like the sound of the drums or the intro, but I was trying to get some interesting percussion effects with the cow bells and tamborine. This was the frist time I added bass to anything. I came up with a basic bass part and then when it came to adding the lead guitar I just followed the bass. I double layered the guitars during mixing, which I think makes a really interesting sound.
