ACCUPRESSURE: I make a crease with my arm push the skin out dimple ease it back in like a gear shaft press, count, release. This is supposed to work my stomach cinches itself in a divide my head whitens my blood scurries. I take flesh from my palm and rub it into elbow feeling the thud of vein an inch away my chest feels like feathers my helicopter ears speed my neck is tight. I count slow minutes as if I am God as if by counting them they will pass easier through my bloodstream. -Jennifer Warren

Lyrics
I CANNOT DO THIS: as the world falls, willfull, and silently everyone smiling bats a flinchless eye is that the stillbourn child of a gut stretching in this way and that I cannot do this I cannot do this A great opening has surfaced a canyon of hope and good words the sweeness of it all rages through these veins all the frantic hours the attempts at carefull connections are calmed and calibrated I cannot do this I cannot do this the sun collapses with the silver hour of time remnants of where fierceness once gleamed startling clarity we sign our initials in the hollow privy, ..the cartilage pride. I cannot do this, I cannot do this
