ACCUPRESSURE: I make a crease with my arm push the skin out dimple ease it back in like a gear shaft press, count, release. This is supposed to work my stomach cinches itself in a divide my head whitens my blood scurries. I take flesh from my palm and rub it into elbow feeling the thud of vein an inch away my chest feels like feathers my helicopter ears speed my neck is tight. I count slow minutes as if I am God as if by counting them they will pass easier through my bloodstream. -Jennifer Warren

Lyrics
BLACK CHAMELEON she’s back to where she started no destination, furtive brow and the years disolved to nothing the time becomes anywhere but now and she looks atop the breathing for a sign that she’s alive but all she sees is sadness and nothing else is recognized so how about the fantasy changing black chameleon and how about the answer saturated with adrenaline she waits without waking a little less than a thought and her desperate clues and meanings dry as a living draught and it all concludes to this there was nothing left to prize she’d dried out all the answers given to save her life. still she’s back where she started the voices tell her, go, and she can’t ever let them out, she can’t ever let anyone know they decide to follow lest they find out the truth she lives lest someone discovers the madness and her loneliness, cuts, divides.. so how about the fantasy, she relents to the siren’s song and no one quite suspected her voice sweetly and forever gone
