There were times when I could not say what I wanted to say, and, all I did was groan, for whatever reason, I knew I was still being heard.  The words just flowed for this song.  I call those times, " A Quiet Conversation ".

Between Him and me it was a quiet conversation.
No words were ever spoken.  All I ever did was moan.
I have His guarantee, if no words are ever spoken,
the Spirit will hear me groaning, translate it to the Son.
