Story behind the song
I came across this song back in March and after listening to it I told E man that I thought this was a really cool song, but might could stand to have some kind of 'Bangin bass remix' done of it. He said he thought it'd be cool with him. So fast forward to a few days ago- I started messin around with this, but didn't really chop it up like I normally do with a song I'm mixin. The first step was going through and making the kick drum stand out more, the next was to layer the song itself so as to give it a somewhat 'cosmic' sound, and finally I added even more effects to the track to give it that breezy breathing sound to it. The end result was this super cool minimal remix of an already sweet song. I went with this version because now it almost sounds as if it's really being played live inside of a massive club or arena. I hope yall dig this as much as I am right now. Later on everyone!
