I’ve always enjoyed the way you guys work the vocals off the music (and vice versa) in your recording. You balance it all out in such a unique way that it lets Silk’e vocals stand out. This version of “Mountains beyond mountains” is a fine example of that, and what really makes it work so well is the simplicity of a stark vocal and piano accompaniment. This (IMHO) is what makes the unplugged version the better of the two…
