Originating from North Devon, Instinct is an exciting young rock band who drive tremendous on-stage energy through their inspirational songs. The music is their own brand of highly energetic "millennium rock" with strong melodies and powerful hooks. The live show is soaked in energetic feeling, producing all out high energy rock, good time party tunes and the occasional power ballad! Lyrics were written when very hungover! There's a spiritual reference throughout, kinda questioning and contemplating a number of things... written to be interpreted by the listener though....
