In 1997 the Hip Hop industry was taking in its new evolutionary shape with fresh new acts and concepts, but this year was also giving way to a new evolution. In the northeast section of the Bronx, a new storm was brewing, a new meeting was taking place in which a visionary encountered a light that could not be absorbed with shades, this light must be shared with others of the same likeness and stature. In this gathering of visionaries, ceremonies were held in low-clarity conditions, still, in this dark environment the light was seeping through.
