I herd this on the Clickers player and wanted to comment on this tune because I like the melody and theme very much. It flows smooth and you make it sound easy but I understand from reading what you wrote about this one it was quite an ordeal putting it together. It has such a nice variety of sounds, instrumentation and story line! Just want to say it ended up as a great piece of music !

Beautiful vocals and lyrics Bob. Beautifully produced and played. Just a great, touching track. Great bass and drum track as well and here comes an awesome guitar part. Awesome change up at 4:30 and thereafter!

Wow, this is very exiting and so good. I like the chord progression and the building up towards the guitar solo around 2:30.
And of course your vocals/lyrics as well.
4:30: A more rough part. When you start to sing I have to think of the Alan Parssons Project again. I like the inter-action in between vocals and lead guitar here.
Ending like it started.
I'm curious for the story behind. Really enjoyed it.

Thanks for putting this forward at the Clickers Club, I must have missed this one first time around, great to hear the story behind it's creation. Wonderful melodic song, beautifully produced and performed. Love the way it builds into that first soaring guitar solo and the change at around 4:30 followed by that amazing guitar work and change in gear from the vocals, very dramatic. Sensational stuff!

A fantastic, majestic song. I can only imagine the time invested in meticulously crafting and perfecting this. Everything builds in such a well-crafted manner. Progressive rock at it's finest.

Love the classic Prog vibe mixed with a touch of Metal that comes thru here, a bit like Alan Parsons meets Van Halen on steroids..

Sounds like a nice island to be marooned on. I really like the Yes meets Marillion sound on this multi-layered progressive rocker. Very nice song indeed.

Wow...just can't get over your voice...it's so smooth and dreamy! It makes me want to day dream, actually. It's a very touching song. I love the lyrics, and the melody aswell. It's a unique song...everything sounds so amazing. Has a little retro feeling even...which is cool!! Might be good as a movie sound track...you are such an epic artist...it's crazy I share the same site with such amazing musicians LoL!! Anyway...the music compliments the moodiness of the lyrics sooo perfectly...aspecially love when it picks up. It's so intence...my kinda song! I'm so happy you gave me the heads up!! Good grief Bob...this must have taken ages! What a journey! Excellent writing that pulled me into it...then the percussion comes in and i'm thinking "where is all THIS going?" As it builds and builds and finally hits the title line...it all came clear and came together...so cool!! A sonic fantasy! How you worked out some of the transitions..especially the ones at the end is beyond me...wow. Great playing on all counts and delivered with vocal honesty. Superb production and an A+ for imagination and creativity (and patience!) Thanks for the heads up! Enjoyed it!

A lot of work went into this one I understand, but the result is also worth the while. Almost like a rock opera, with beautiful themes, great playing and beautiful vocals. Excellent work, Bob!
