Jeremiah the Prophet is an extremely talented producer and an extremely accomplished emcee who combines the work of a literary genius with club-banging beats. During this time Prophet gave up smoking marijuana and many other habits which had fit his debauched hip-hop lifestyle. He managed, however, to retain his metaphorical style of word-play and hood beats that he has been known for throughout the rap community for years. His latest work, "Urban Hymns," has been a milestone of his rap career, making waves in Southern California, Houston, and Connecticut for the past few months.
