The band was actually a group of Friends of four (4), who loved singing. We were called upon several times to minister and the Holy Spirit has always been our Help. As friends, we’ve gone to minister in different places our and something was always noted. That when we are being invited, we are always called “a band”. But we never had the intention of becoming a band; we just go out as friends to minister. After some tenure, we decided to be involved deeply in singing. It was then placed upon our hearts to be a band and even before then, we were already called a band. The four friends actually got to know each other in NIFES Fellowship, Wolex Polytechnic Chapter, IyanaIpaja, Lagos. And they are Tunde, Ife, Taiwo and Yemi. Later a prophecy came to us through PASTOR LOLA, that our band would be going to higher places. Some prophesies and vision came to us through other preacher and Men of God like Pastor Wisdom (President, NIFES Fellowship 2002/2003 and Senior Pastor Anointed Word Bible Church), Brother Akin (2003/2004 President, NIFES Fellowship), Brother Busayo and many others. However, the four (4) friends came together and prayed towards forming the band according to prophesies. That was how God established the band till today. After sometime, to sisters and a brother decided to join the ministry to bring to pass the vision and accomplish the mission, through the touch of the Holy Spirit. They are Shade, Kenny (Girl), and Kenny (Boy) to make a band of Seven (7) (Perfection). After praying, they became full members of the ministry, which by name is called DAVID’S FAMILY BAND INTERNATIONAL, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, we are working in full force. Later on after some achievements, some people joined the band willing and after propagating the Gospel of the band to them. They are Bolanle, Honore, Carol, and Esther. Thanks to God, HALLELUIAH.
