A little Radiohead, mixed with some Mike Patton vox, mixed with a little me. The nature of Minute Robot. One minute is mine, the other two are someone else's.

Story behind the song
This song is about my cousin that just wound up in jail and may be there for a very, very long time. The song also reflects how I'm trying to deal with this while living with OCD.
It's amazing how the simplest and quickest choices we make can harm everyone around us for so long.
Lyrics
And I'm falling down again.
You really did a number on me, did a number on the world, and there's no room for my shame.
Don't be mistaken, I now that you're gonna wanna die,
just don't make it so motherf*** ing messy this time.
I know that coward in you is gonna rise up,
don't listen to it, you know whatcha gotta do and do it.
Don't make the same mistake you did last time,
this isn't something for you to throw away for later days,
put your mind to it.
Close your eyes and do it.
And I cannot fear the troubles that control a life from a hundred-thousand light years from my world.
I don't know anything about whatcha got going, I just want you to settle yourself a little bit and let your soul sing for your bravado, you simple-minded prick and sack, and that's all you'll ever amount to if you keep sh** talking. Just grab a shovel and keep yourself busy digging, that's all you're going to be good for if you keep down this road of smashing and passion and bashing with your hash in your hand, it's a never-ending cycle of striving and crashing again.
It's not the fear of losing the lost, or raping the dead.
It's not the way that it bounces around in my head.
And it breaks my heart apart in ways I won't explain.
I'll wash it off my memory until you make it home again.
