Whats goooood? Figured it was time to update this shin dig. My name is Sarah V, aka Lady Essence or Lady E. Been rapping for almost 7 years now. well, I wrote for four years and Ive been recording for the last three. My boy YS-2 started producing my tracks, then I bought his studio and I started producing my own shit. I try to vary as much as I can with my style, whether on some abstract, hard hitting, or story telling shit, I try to mix it up as much as possible so I don't get too boring. I really like this song, Sarah. I know it's not "studio" production, but the beat, and the way you ride it, is truly inspiring -- listening, makes you want to write, sing, and dance... I sat an listened, sang, and wrote til I fell asleep, lol. I LOVE this track.

imo, sarah, and I rarely ever say this to ppl, but... I honestly think you could honestly make a career, even if part-time (and hopefully more), from your vocal talent. Your intonation, style of delivery, and even writing skills all combine making you valuable.
I hope you continue in/with this art. I truly do hope you do... cuz you have it in you to be a commodity... and if you were ever to put a cd together with you being the primary artist in all tracks, then I personally would purchase one from you... and I have every confidence in the world others would also.
