Dance, Trance & Parapara Producer.
I, (Daveros) started playing music at school aged 5, with the recorder, quickly moving onto a church organ at the age of 12, whilst growing up on a British Military base in West Germany. My original artist name was Deadairdave, given to me whilst working in radio after my fellow presenters thought it would be funny to switch over the presenter/music faders resulting in a few seconds of Dead air! I went on to work for Empire Interactives eJay brand in 2000, were I came to try out their software. I then moved onto and tried all other DAWs (Cubase, Sonar, P5V2, Reason, FL Studio), before settling with what I now use for every track - FL Studio. My first break came in 2003 when asked to produce background music for a Channel 4 (UK) drama. This one opportunity attracted people to want to remix and collaborate with me, were several tracks were played on UK radio between 2004 and 2008. Working with Preston born producer Carl Noblet (Source One), I released two tracks with Manchester Label 4:4 Records, were the label requested that I change my artist name to Daveros. This did not come likely, but was accepted; and as such, new branding was produced to reflect the change. After many other releases with other labels, 2013 saw the setup of my own Label, A1R Records, to release all future titles. Distributing initially through Ditto and now Distrokid, I have seen an explosion in followers across the Globe with tracks being streamed in Cafes to nightclubs!
