Story behind the song
This was an old song we had layig around without a hook on it. We hooked up with Melanie Rutherford (Def Jam) downtown and made magic happen. We took the song and meshed to different types of hip hop together. Then we added a live bass guitar to cap it off. It's Neo soul meets blues meets Freeze. Ours was done before Jay Z did his but you know what they say "Great minds think alike."
